Steer clear of this company! They somehow managed to collect rent from my tenants for a staggering 3 months, all while my account was mysteriously placed on hold without any heads-up or reason. To add insult to injury, I’m still clueless about why this went down, even after wasting over 20 hours on unproductive customer service calls, online chats, and emails with their Underwriting team. Do yourself a favor and head the other way. This has been a total nightmare.
